Each crew member gets a virtual company card (usable in Apple Pay or Google Pay) that only works at approved businesses and only up to their available balance. Anything outside the list declines — or sends the owner a text they can approve with one tap. Owners can add funds, freeze a card, or remove an employee at any time.

Crew members spend only the amount you load — overspending is declined automatically.

Virtual cards live in Apple Pay and Google Pay — nothing to print, mail, or activate.
